Henry Olson President and Chief Executive Officer

Henry Olson is President and Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Edge Dynamics. Previously, Mr. Olson served as Chief Products Officer. Prior to Edge Dynamics, he was Chief Architect at RedKlay, an enterprise software and services firm delivering e-business applications to manufacturing companies. Prior to RedKlay, Mr. Olson was Director of Product Development at Applicast, an application service provider delivering comprehensive enterprise application outsourcing to manufacturing companies. Before joining Applicast, Mr. Olson was lead architect on several large and innovative data warehousing, transaction management, and customer management applications in the financial services and insurance industries, at such firms as First Union (now Wachovia), Wells Fargo, Fidelity, and Mass Mutual. In addition to these engagements, Mr. Olson was Director of Product Development at Summit Data Group, an enterprise software and services firm delivering business applications to financial services and manufacturing companies.

Roger Saumure Vice President, Sales

Roger Saumure serves as the Vice President of Sales at Edge Dynamics. Previously, Mr. Saumure was with QAD, a leading enterprise software company, as the Managing Director for Belgium, France, and Switzerland, which he grew to become QAD's leading European business unit. Prior to QAD, Mr. Saumure held prominent management positions at Aventis, one of the world's largest research-based pharmaceutical companies. Earlier, Mr. Saumure held several functional roles in operations and management at Johnson & Johnson, one of the world's largest life sciences corporations. Mr. Saumure received an M.S. in Business from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University.

Richard Prest Chief Strategy Officer

Richard Prest serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Edge Dynamics, where he is responsible for both evaluating and developing strategic opportunities. He provides strategic advice on channel management to pharmaceutical manufacturers and is actively involved in the development of industry standards. Since joining the founding team at Edge Dynamics, Mr. Prest has also served as Director of Product Marketing and Director of Customer Solutions. Prior to joining Edge, Mr. Prest was a Director of Product and Services at Abilizer, a portal software and application service provider to over 80 Fortune 100 companies. In Australia, Mr. Prest was the National Supply Chain Manager for Michelin Group. Prior to Michelin, he provided change management and supply chain consulting services to manufacturers and logistics companies. Mr. Prest received an MBA from Melbourne Business School, a B. Arch with Honors from the University of Melbourne, and a B.E. with Honors from the University of Adelaide.

Kathy Gogan Vice President, Marketing

Kathy Gogan serves as Vice President of Marketing at Edge Dynamics. She brings over 20 years of experience successfully marketing high technology products to both new and established markets. Prior to joining Edge Dynamics, she was Vice President of Marketing at Citadon, an on-demand collaboration company and Vice President, Marketing for Responsys, a online marketing service provider. In addition, Ms. Gogan has held executive sales, business development and marketing management positions with Eloquent (now OpenText), Docent, Decisive Technology, Informix, and Hewlett-Packard. Ms. Gogan holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Todd Venetianer Vice President, Services

Todd Venetianer serves as the Vice President of Services at Edge Dynamics, where he leads professional services and customer support. Previously, Mr. Venetianer was VP Global Professional Services for I-many, Inc., where he worked with over 250 life sciences, consumer goods, and other manufacturing companies and was responsible for overall operations of I-many's implementation, consulting, outsourcing and training services. Prior to I-many, Mr. Venetianer was Director and Business Area Lead at Sapient Corporation where he led new business development for the east/midwest Technology and Industrial Services Practice. Additionally, Mr. Venetianer has held various consulting positions at Deloitte Consulting and Andersen Consulting where he managed implementation project teams and deployed enterprise software applications. Mr. Venetianer received an MBA and a B.S. in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.

Gregg Kasten Vice President, Products

Gregg Kasten serves as Vice President of Products at Edge Dynamics, where he leads the definition, development, and release of the company's Dynamic Demand Management solutions. Since co-founding Edge Dynamics, Mr. Kasten has also served as Director of Product Management and Director of Customer Support. Previously, Mr. Kasten was Director of Application Portfolio Strategy at Applicast, where he founded the presales consulting group and managed the selection and segmentation of applications for Applicast's hosted service. Earlier, Mr. Kasten was Director of Technical Services at Liberate Corporation, where he managed technical resource and expertise with Asia-Pacific business partners. Mr. Kasten has also held positions at Oracle Corporation and Syntex Labs (acquired by Roche). Mr. Kasten received a B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Al Matsui Vice President, Finance and Operations

Al Matsui serves as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Edge Dynamics. Previously, Mr. Matsui was Director of Finance and Operations at Confer Software, an enterprise software and services firm delivering e-business process management software targeted at the healthcare industry. Prior to Confer Software, Mr. Matsui held various finance and operations management positions at Siemens, IBM, and ROLM. Mr. Matsui was also an auditor for Deloitte, Haskins and Sells where he was certified as a CPA by the California State Board of Accountancy. Mr. Matsui received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
