I-many, Inc. (NASDAQ:IMNY), a leading provider of contract management software and services for the enterprise has completed its acquisition of Edge Dynamics, Inc., a leading provider of channel demand management solutions for the life sciences industry.

With this acquisition, I-many extends its ability to help customers reduce risks and associated costs. For example:
