I-many Acquires Edge Dynamics
I-many, Inc. (NASDAQ:IMNY), a leading provider of contract management software and services for the enterprise has completed its acquisition of Edge Dynamics, Inc., a leading provider of channel demand management solutions for the life sciences industry.
With this acquisition, I-many extends its ability to help customers reduce risks and associated costs. For example:
- Edge Dynamics' chargeback solution extends I-many CARS to verify chargebacks against sales data, and to identify missing chargebacks and missing negative chargebacks.
- I-many's contract management solution, when combined with Edge Dynamics' channel management capabilities, will provide manufacturers with an integrated system for executing and managing channel agreements.
- The combination of contract and channel data will provide customers with more insight on product demand and the actual movement of products from the factory to the patient.
